3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
• Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on location.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $60.
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Opened samples (2ml) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

6. Rewards Program

• Points are earned through eligible actions and purchases.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We reserve the right to adjust point balances if fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Promo Codes
